Medicolegal services

Dr Jeganathan provides independent psychiatric assessments and medicolegal services across multiple jurisdictions . He provides expert opinions for matters including public liability, medical negligence, worker’s compensation, damages, fitness for duties, and total and permanent disability. He accepts instructions from legal representatives of plaintiffs and defendants.

Dr Jeganathan is accredited as a permanent impairment assessor in NSW, QLD, WA, and TAS. He ensures that interviewees are respected and supported, and supports individuals through comprehensive and clinically robust evaluations.
